I also just saw that they called them to change the address the order was going to and put their own address, which means they must also have my phone# but how was Nordstrom able to verify them since I use a different email address for my Nordstrom account? I received an email confirmation for a shipping address change, in the email address that is linked to my PayPal. I called Nordstrom and they cancelled the order and blocked that account. I also remember seeing a notification that my PayPal Password was compromised and I almost changed it a couple of days ago but I was in a hurry so I didn’t!□ I use a different email for my Nordstrom account and that email/account wasn’t touched. ![]() They used the email that is linked to my PayPal. This is extremely weird because with PayPal, I usually get a text or an email code to login especially if I’m using a computer that they do not recognize so I’m not understanding how these guys were able to make this purchase. As soon as I received the notification, I called my bank to cancel the card. I got a ping for a purchase in the amount of $463 at Nordstrom. I didn’t realize how important it is to actually get those notifications until today. I get notified for each transaction I make with my credit card. ![]()
